Hi there, thanks for stopping by. Today I have a layout to show you that I created using
the newest “Cottage Life” paper collection from 49 and Market. As soon as I saw this
I just had to use it, isn’t this collection of papers just gorgeous?
This red wood paper is actually the #B side of the “Rooster Row”
paper. I always say that the
#B sides of the 49 and Market papers are
equally as nice as the #A sides. I am sure you will agree.
I have added some various pieces from the matching
“Cottage Life layered 3D Embellishment Sheet”
as well.
The little spotted rain boots, the rooster on the right hand
side as well as this
brighter blue foliage (above), all came off the 3D
sheet. Too easy.
In the above photo you can see I have diecut a scalloped doiley from the #B side of
the “Bicycle Alley” paper to add in amongst my layers as it is all so perfectly
co ordinated for you & makes mixing & matching a breeze.
I diecut a second doiley out of the #B side of the “Watering the Garden”
paper & then
proceeded to add a variety of the newest &
matching flowers. I am totally in love
with our newest flowers & the
detailing in them is amazing.
So many different sizes, shapes, foliage, trims etc, all in the one
pack. I love these
little kraft tubes tied together with string, that come in the packs of some of the
new flowers, it just
makes the nicest embellishment to add in with your flowers.
Who would
have thought to do that?
I have also added some of their new “Jute Cording” behind
all the layers to add to the textures.
I think it looks so much better
than just adding scrunched cotton behind, don’t you agree?
I have added
some Prills, Art Stones & a small amount of white splatters to the
background
& viola, all finished.
