I just love these shades of green.
2Crafty Chipbaord Used...
Ivy Clusters
"Sugar & Spice" title
Ana's Vine
All the green pieces of chipboard on my layout were treated in the same way.
A basecoat of white paint, followed by wiping them over with a Distress Ink in
"Peeled Paint" & then finished off with some good old fashion "Glossy Accents".
The Glossy Accents, or Dimentional Magic as it was also known back in
the day, does several things here. Firstly it intensifies the colour but because
it is a wet medium & Distress Ink is water soluable, it causes the
Distress Ink to kind of run & gives a fabulous effect.
This technique only works with water soluable ink.
These "Ivy Clusters" are such a lovely chipboard piece.
I have broken them into pieces to suit my layout.
I have also broken the "Ana's Vine" up slightly too.
Thats the beauty of chipboard, it is just so adaptable.
I was so happy how the chipboard worked out on this layout.
From the title to the ivy & then also the "Ana's Vine".
Well thats all for me today.
I hope I have inspired you in some small way.
If you like my layout I would love you to leave me a comment,
it is always nice to read your feedback.
Until next time.
