Today I am really excited to share with you this "FANTASY" layout that I
created as part of my design team work for the March challenge over at
"More Than Words" Challenge blog.
Here is this month awesome NEW March challenge.
#1... Either use or simply be inspired by the word FANTASY
#2... To use WINGS somewhere on your project
(you must use both parts of the challenge)
You can enter either a layout, a canvas, an art journal spread or even a
planner page & as always there are EIGHT FABULOUS PRIZES up for grabs.
So after much thought, I decided that instead or fairies or other
gorgeous mythical creatures that I would go with a
STEAMPUNK theme.
I am always attracted to the the whole STEAMPUNK vibe.
As you can see in my photo that this lady has beautiful big feathered wings
& I have also added some gorgeous chipboard wings from my favourite
All the chipboard I have used is also from 2Crafty .
I have added cogs & gears, clocks, hot air balloons,
some lovely metal embellishments & a fob watch on a chain
as well as this torselette I cut out & added to the right side of the photo.
This was a really great challenge & I enjoyed creating my
little piece of fantasy here to inspire you today.
