Today I have a vintage inspired mixed media layout & featuring these very old
photos of my dear departed Mother in Law, to show you.
This photo is over one hundred years old, hence the quality.
I created this one for A.B.studio using their gorgeous papers, cut outs,
gold foil leaves & butterflies as well I used one of their lovely stencils too.

Finnabair Icing Paste in Vintage Gold
Finnabair Wax Paste in "Aged Brass'
Finnibair Wax Paste in "Lucky Emerald" green
I created all the little fern leaves, birds & the old spoon using moulds & liquid resin
& then coloured them all up with wax paste to match my layout.
I had so much fun doing this.
I have used the Finnabair wax pastes to colours not only the resin pieces
but also to colour a bunch of die cuts too. Really happy with the
result of combining the two coloured waxes on my pieces.
I have used the "Aged Brass" wax paste to add some colour to these beautiful
"Gold Foil Vellum Leaves" from AB. Studio too. I love these & you get lots &
lots of them on the one sheet, plus they are a really easy shape to cut out too.
I have also used this little quote that I had cut out from the AB.Studio
"Unexpected Sheet #8" paper. I thought it was the perfect quote for my photos.
A 2Crafty Chipboard fine "Word Title", some Prima Bling Crystals,
a bow tied in string & some Prills scattered around my layout
& all teamed with lots of cut out pieces from AB.Studio
as well as some background stencilling too.
This layout was such a pleasure to create & although a lot of work,
it just came together sooo easily. I wished that happened all the time.
Always easy when you are working with such beautiful products.💖
