Another DT Creation for 49 and Market
"Treasure Always"

Hi there lovelies, back with you again today to share another DT creation for
I created this layout for a class I taught on the weekend at a retreat using one of my most
favourite 49 and Market papers. This paper is called “Blue Petals” and it is from their
“Scents of Nature” collection. It is such a gorgeous paper & I just adore this shade of blue.

49 and Market Products Used….
Scents of Nature “Blue Petals” paper
Garden Vine in Alabaster
Garden Blooms in Alabaster
Gabbi’s Postcards from Paris Stamp Set

I have actually cut the “Garden Vine” into pieces & I have grouped the pieces  together
at the left side of the photo & I added an extra flower from the “Garden Blooms” pack too.

I coloured up all the alabaster flowers with some coloured ink & when dry I added some
glitter to the edges of the petals so that they would match the flowers on the paper.
I think it all blends together to create a wonderful backdrop for my photos.

I have used some gorgeous pieces of 2Crafty Chipboard which I also coloured up
with the same colour ink I used on the flowers.

To finish off I did a little light background stamping using the script stamp
from this beautiful 49 and Market stamp set which was designed by Gabrielle Pollacco.

Well thats all from me today. See you back here again soon with more inspiration
using the wonderful 49 and Market products.

Until next time.

"LOVE"... Fairies

Hi there, thanks for calling by. Today I have part two of my July DT reveal for

I have taken my inspiration for this layout from two challenges online.

I was inspired by the colours & all the pictures to create a fairy/fantasy layout.

Secondly by challenge #56 over at 13arts
This challenge asked that you create a mixed media background
so I thought that was right up my alley.

 2Crafty Chipboard Used....
Angel Wings
Scroll Set #3
Fine Word Set #1
Ariel's Spray

After first doing my mixed media background I started on  my chipboard.

Here you can see I used the word "LOVE" for my title from 2Crafty's
"Fine Word Set #1".

Next up I used these gorgeous "Angel Wings" that I brushed on some
Lindy's Stamp Gang "Sassy Saphire" Magicals. I also added some
sparkles to them to make them stand out. Hard to see that in the photo!!

Across the top of my layout I have used the "Ariel's Spray" which I gave a coat of
Crackle medium followed by some Lindy's Stamp Gang "Sassy Saphire" Magicals.

I just adore those angel wings stuck onto the photo like this !!

Lastly I finished off with a scroll from the Scroll Set #3.

Well thats all from me today, I do hope you like my little fairy layout.

Until next time.

My 2Crafty Chipboard July DT Reveal
Part One
PLUS July Challenge at Anna's Craft Cupboard
"Caution Cute Kid"

Hello there lovelies. thanks for stopping by the blog.
Today I have a layout to share that I did as part of my July DT work for

2Crafty Chipboard Used..
Caution Cute Kids at Play - title
Chain Circle Frames
Bubble Clumps
Mini Fast Forward Arrows

I have based my layout on the July challenge over at
Pop over & check out the current challenge, such a beautiful moodboard.

In my layout there are many and varying shades of blues & browns,
a great wintery palette & perfect for these photos of my grandson Henry.
Thanks for the inspiration Anna's Craft Cupboard.

I have used this chippie title, "Caution Cute Kids at Play" from 2Crafty &
I just snipped off the "S" off the end of kids & cut the "at play" off also.
I always love altering my chipboard pieces !!

I painted this title with "Silks Paint in Teal Zircon".

Next up I used some of the "Bubble Clumps" in between
my layers & some "Mini Fast Forward Arrows"
which I simply coloured black with an ink pad.

I also used one of the frames from the "Chain Circle Frames" set & I painted
this in a metallic acrylic paint called "Gunmetal". A great metal looking paint.

A little mixed media on my background using some Lindy's Stamp Gang
"Time Teal Travel" Magicals & some "Grab A Guy Gold Spray",
some stamping & some Prills & acrylic dots.

Viola, all finished. I hope you liked it.
If you do I would love you to leave me a comment.

Back in a couple of days with more inspiration.
Until then.

On this layout I used the B side of the new "Beach This Way" paper from
their newest "Sand & Sea" paper collection. LOVE this paper.

Next up I did some fussy cutting out using their Scents of Nature Collection
"Hold On Me" paper so that I could layer it underneath my photo.
This particular paper has so many beautiful elements on it.

Pina Colada, Pink Flamingo & Purple Rain.

My July DT Reveal For 49 and Market
Part One
"Two Little Girls"

Hi there friends, thanks for stopping by.
Today I have part one of my July DT reveal for
49 and Market.

49 and Market Products Used....
Sea and Sand Paper Collection "Tangled" paper (green)
Sea and Sand Paper Collection "In the Bluff" paper (fussy cut)
"Mixology" flowers in Pina Colada
"Mixology" flowers in Mojito
"Vintage Shades flowers in Ecru

I have used two different papers from the NEW release
"Sea and Sand" paper collection. I fussy cut these fabulous pieces
out of the "In the Bluff" paper & I used the B side of the "Tangled" paper as
my main background.

I just love the soft muted beachy tones of this paper collection.

I have also used their NEW "Mixology" flowers in both the "Mojito" & the "Pina Colada".
They are such a perfect match for the papers.

Naturally I have used some beautiful pieces of 2Crafty Chipboard as well.

I did some background stamping with my newest favourite stamp, also from
49 and Market. This one is called "Script Squared". I LOVE it !!

Then I stamped down the left side of the page & heat embossed it in white
with the "Line Stitch Stamp Set" also from 49 and Market.
This sure beats getting out the sewing machine !!

A small amount of mixed media on the background.
A few shells & a starfish tucked in & viola, all finished.

I hope you like it. If you did I would love you to leave me a comment
& also let me know what you think of these wonderful new release products too.

Until next time.

My More Than Words Challenge July DT Reveal
"Cheeky"

Hi there paper friends. Thanks for stopping by.
Today I have my July DT reveal for the July challenge over at
This is their July challenge.
To use the WORD = EXPLORE
& this months creative challenge is to use ARROWS.

I thought I would scrap these pics of my sweet little Grandson
Henry that I took a couple of weeks ago.
He is nearly two years old & at that age their whole world is all about
exploring absolutely everything !!!

I actually did this layout a couple of years ago but I was never completely
happy with it, SO, I pulled it totally apart !!!

Photo, title, embellishments & even the design slightly too.

I pretty much changed everything except the background as I really liked that !!
But everything else is changed. Does anyone else do this or is it just me be
toooo fussy. :)

He is such a gorgeous little guy but he is definitely "Cheeky" so I thought this
chipboard title from 2Crafty Chipboard was perfect.

All the other chippie pieces are also from 2Crafty also.
I think I well & truly covered the ARROW part of the challenge !!

Well thats all from me today. See you back here soon.

Remember if you like my layout I would LOVE you to leave
me a comment as so few people do these days !!!
Kind of sad really, especially considering the effort that
goes into creating a layout & doing the blogpost too.

Until next time.
