A NEW KIT for February "Live Out Loud"

Hi there friends, thanks for stopping by.

Today I have another boy layout to share with you that was part of my

recent design team creations for 2Crafty Chipboard.

I think I will release this layout as KIT for mid Febnruary release.

Now that I have a grandson I am really enjoying do boy pages.

2Crafty Products Used...

"Live Out Loud" - title

Geometric Arrows

Light Bulbs Word Set #1

Steampunk Strips

Clock Face Discs

Such a great title for a boy page "Live Out Loud".

I cut one of the "Steampunk Strips" in half to create this cool little

corner embellishment & painted it  with metallic paint.

Here you can see the  "Geometric Arrow" & some lovely

autumn leaves as well as two little custom made flair badges.

One of my favourite chippie pieces, the "Light Bulb Word Set #1"

I wanted to go with a circle theme, & I thought that these "Clock Face Discs"

would work perfectly & so I decided to cut the photos into circles too.

I love layering the chipboard clock faces, photos & the laser cut

embellishments, all slightly overlapping each other.

My papers, flowers & laser cut embellishments are all from

49and Market.

Well thats all I have for you today.

If you would like to order this kit for a mid February release

"Our Miss Audrey Turns One""Cake Smash Layout"A DT Creation for 49 and Market

A party without cake is just a meeting !!!!

"My Grandaughter & her 1st Birthday "Cake Smash" Photo Session"

Hello there, thanks for stopping by.

Today I have a layout to share with you that features

my youngest granddaughter Audrey. She turned one just recently & her Mummy & Daddy

had a professional "cake smash" photo session done to celebrate. Yes real cake, & she just

 went to town attacking it.

I think these pics are just priceless & I couldn't wait to scrap them  !!!

Now on my layout I have used all sorts of things from the vast 49and Market range.

Some things are current & some things has since been discontinued. I just had a whole

lot of fun with this one, I just kept adding bits of this & that.

I have added a complete list of products used at the bottom of my post.

Lots of fussy cutting from the now discontinued "Flower Fairies" collection, although I am

sure lots of shops still have some stock from this collection available. It just suited these photos.

All of the pink flowers, including the "Stargazers" which are

a current line, I have sprayed to match.

This quote was absolutely perfect for my layout & I truly think it was the icing on the cake...

"A party without cake is just a meeting".

I think that quote says it all !!!!

The chipboard I have used is from 2Crafty Chipboard.

A mixed media background I created with some stencilling & some Lindy's sprays.

49and Market Products Used....
Flower Fairies of Spring "Wildflower" paper - fussy cutting
Flower Fairies of Spring  "Cut Out Sheet" - fussy cutting
Vintage Artistry "Tattered" - background
Stargazer Flowers in Petal Pink - sprayed
Botannical Potpourri in Yellow
Botannical Potpourri in White - sprayed
Rustic Canvas Blooms - sprayed

Well that all from me today, I hope you liked my layout.
I will see you back here with more inspiration real soon.

Until then...

More 2Crafty Chipboard Design Team Inspiration"This Is Me"

Hi there friends, I hope you are enjoying the festive season as much as

I have been, however, I have done sooo many Christmas layouts over the past

couple of months that I thought today I would do a  non-Christmas  layout !!

I started off with a mixed media background.

 2Crafty Chipboard Used...

Ornate Screen

"This Is Me" - title

Corner Evie

Fions's Flourishes

Fern Leaf Set

I started off by base coating ALL my chipboard with a coat of white

acrylic paint as that gives it a nice base to accept colour well.

For the title I used Silks paint in this gorgeous lime/olive colour.

When dry I wiped it over roughly with Finnibair wax paste in gold.

Don't you just LOVE this "Ornate Screen"? So fine & delicate.

This was coloured up with a couple of coats of Distress Ink..

These gorgeous "Fern Leaves" were painted the same as the title.

Lots of layers, flowers, a string bow & a couple of little metal embellishments too.

At the side of my page I have actually cut a piece of one of the

"Fiona's Flourishes", coloured them the same way I did  the "Ornate Screen"

& then tucked them in along the side of the layout for some extra interest.

I finished off my layout by using one of the "Corner Evie"

in the top right corner & added a few flowers to it.

Another layout complete.

I hope I have inspired you in some small way today.

Until next time.

Some More Design Team Inspiration For49 and Market"Memory of You"

Hi there friends, thanks for stopping by. Today I have some more design team

inspiration for 49 and Market.

As I said the other day, I have done sooo many Christmas layouts in the past couple of

months, so I decided to do another  NON-Christmas layout, just for a change.

 49 and Market Products Used...
"Cottage Life" 3D Layered Embellishments
Cottage Life "Garland" papers
Island Paradise "Tropical Oasis" papers
"Garden Seeds" flowers in Aloe

With my layout I started off by fussy cutting a couple of pieces of this gorgeous

"Garland" papers. This paper is soooo pretty.

For the background I used a piece of the B side of the "Tropical Oasis"

paper from the "Island Paradise" collection.

I layered lots of the fussy cut flower images along with some of the fabulous

3D layered embellishments & I added just a few paper flowers too.

All my chipboard I have used is from 2Crafty Chipboard.

Another layout complete. I was really happy how this turned out, you really can't

go wrong when you are using such beautiful products, don't you agree?

Until next time.
