Well here we are in January, so hard to believe another year has come & gone.
The 1st of the month brings a NEW challenge over at the
This months challenge is to use or be inspired by the word
HIGHLIGHT

And to use "sunset colours".
As always there are eight great prizes up for grabs
So for this challenge I thought long & hard & decided to scrap this
layout featuring my eldest grandaughter as she was the one that initially
made me a grand mother.
Becoming a grandmother for the first time was a highlight of my life.
I have scrapped this layout in all the gorgeous colours of a sunset.
Pinks, mauves, purples & orange.
Her dress matches these colours perfectly.
A little mixed media on my background, some beautiful 2Crafty Chipboard,
papers & some flowers from Prima Marketing &
some flowers from Green Tara & lots of bits & pieces from my stash.
Aren't these photos of our gorgeous little Mia
just beautiful. She is really beaming.
